The latest evolution in our 317-year tea history, our Sparkling Tea is a certified organic blend inspired by eight of our famous and rare brews – and despite its celebration-ready appearance, contains zero alcohol. With complex flavours and remarkable layers, notes of tropical fruits on the nose precede a palate of lemongrass, water mint and Darjeeling, leading into drier tannins and a long-lasting hint of jasmine on the finish.
The light and refreshing tipple is best enjoyed chilled, and is a perfect pairing for Fortnum’s Organic Smoked Salmon, Fortnum’s Paté and Fortnum’s Melton Mowbray Pork Pie.

Magnums Are Merrier...
A magnum from Fortnum’s is more than simply impressive in size. Due to the relatively smaller volume of air in contact, the wine in a magnum bottle actually ages more gracefully, creating additional complexity of aroma and flavour. When it comes to Champagne and Sparkling wines in particular, magnums also produce finer, more persistent bubbles, and are less affected by temperature changes — so the liquid inside can better retain its integrity and all-important effervescence. Or in other words: if your wine could talk, it would tell you that it's altogether more content in a bigger bottle.
