The Secret Behind a Fortnum’s Dirty Martini
Our salty, citrussy Amalthea Olives are soaked in a brine made from our very own Amalthea Gin, carefully crafted by our expert in-house distiller, Adam. Don’t let the brine go to waste though — it’s the secret ingredient for an exceptional dirty martini!
To create our Amalthea Dirty Martini, simply gather a martini glass, 50ml of Amalthea Dry Gin, 15ml of Dry Vermouth, and 10ml of Amalthea Olive brine. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice to chill and dilute, then double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with one or three olives (never two), and enjoy.
