Domaines Ott* have been rosé experts for over a century, and this pretty salmon-coloured wine, with its alluring notes of white peach, pomegranate and red berries, owes nothing to current fashions and everything to the Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes that make up the blend, some from Clos Mireille, near the sea; others from the limestone slopes of Château de Selle. The resulting wine has a whiff of spice and a refreshing citrus finish; it will go nicely with Asian seafood, grilled fish, tomato salad or anything featuring mint.
